Checkout Returns Policy Info

  • ONLINE RETURN POLICY

    Ladies we NOW offer refunds, or store credit for certain items purchased through our website. However, we have a very strict policy that the return request be submitted with 7 days from the day your order was delivered and 4 days if the order was placed via SHIPSI (the 3 hour local delivery service).

    Also, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from the refund and or store credit and the item(s) are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% if they are sent back to us dirty, or visibly worn. Returns must be submitted online, as we currently do not accept in store returns.

    *The excluded items include CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE, SWIMWEAR & ACCESSORIES. ALL OF THESE ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS.

    ***All International orders are FINAL SALE at this time. 

    You have 7 days from the day your order was delivered, to submit a return request via our online "Easy" return center. If it exceeds the 7 days the request will be denied. There is a scannable QR return form in every package that takes you directly to that page. Otherwise, please copy and paste the link below to access the return center.

    **THE BUYER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING* (NO EXCEPTIONS) All returns must go through our return center to be approved. Once the return is approved we can issue you a pre-paid return label,  that will be deducted from your refund or store credit. You may also use your own return label. Please note all returns that are determined as eligible - must be returned to us within 7 days of when your package was delivered. If we issue a pre paid return label and it exceeds the 7 day rule, we will either cancel the label and we will refuse the right to issue a new label and or we will not honor the refund/credit if the item is received late

  • Original shipping charges are non refundable 
  • All International SALES are final sale. 
  • The cost of a return label requested will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Any items returned to us dirty, or visibly worn are subject to a 10-20 % restocking fee (This is at our discretion and we have the right to ban customers who abuse this policy). 
  • The return request must be initiated with 7 days of the date your order was delivered. For SHIPSI orders the return request must be made within 3 days from the date it was delivered.
