You have 10 days from the day your order was delivered, to submit a return request via our online "Easy" return center. There is a scannable QR return form in every package that takes you directly to that page. Otherwise, please copy and paste the link below to access the return center. Store Credit can be used immediately and it is good for 2 years.
The following items are FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN . Accessories, Swimwear, Bodysuits, or SALE clearance items.
Also, If an item is altered, washed or worn (has any type of cosmetic, deodorant, perfume, or similar stain/odors it will be rejected) NO EXCEPTIONS.
**THE BUYER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING* (NO EXCEPTIONS) All returns must go through our return center to be approved. Once the return is approved we can issue you a pre-paid return label that will be deducted from your store credit. Please note all returns that are decidedely eligible - must be returned to us within 10 days of when your package was delivered. If we issue a pre paid return label and it exceeds the 10 day rule, we will either cancel the label and we will refuse the right to issue a new label and or we will not honor the credit if the item is received late.
