Return Policy: Ladies we do not offer refunds, or exchanges (No exceptions). We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address or phone number on file once we receive your return, minus the original cost of shipping/or handling fee and a return label cost if you choose to have us provide it for you.

If you decide to return an eligible return item that was purchased online to the local store, please note that it WILL be accepted- but online store credits are not processed by our sales floor team. Typically, you will receive the credit within 24-48 hours from time the order was returned. No exceptions.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed! No exceptions.

Also, If an item is altered, washed or worn (has any type of cosmetic, deodorant, perfume, or similar stain/odors it will be rejected) NO EXCEPTIONS.
**THE BUYER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING* (NO EXCEPTIONS) All returns must go through our return center to be approved. Once the return is approved we can issue you a pre-paid return label that will be deducted from your store credit. Please note all returns that are decidedely eligible - must be returned to us within 10 days of when your package was delivered. If we issue a pre paid return label and it exceeds the 10 day rule, we will either cancel the label and we will refuse the right to issue a new label and or we will not honor the credit if the item is received late.
