Return Policy

ONCE AN ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED> NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Policy: Ladies we do not offer refunds, or exchanges (No exceptions). We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address, or phone number on file once we receive your return.

***All International orders are FINAL SALE at this time. 

You have 10 days from the day your order was delivered, to submit a return request via our online "Easy" return center. There is a scannable QR return form in every package that takes you directly to that page. Otherwise, please copy and paste the link below to access the return center.  Store Credit can be used immediately and it is good for 2 years. 

*** Melrose Store Returns are NOT processed the same day. If you decide to return an eligible return item that was purchased online to the local store, please note that it WILL be accepted- but online store credits are not processed by our sales floor team. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed! No exceptions.

The following items are FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN . Accessories, Swimwear, Bodysuits, or SALE clearance items. 

Also, If an item is altered, washed or worn (has any type of cosmetic, deodorant, perfume, or similar stain/odors it will be rejected) NO EXCEPTIONS.

**THE BUYER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING* (NO EXCEPTIONS) All returns must go through our return center to be approved. Once the return is approved we can issue you a pre-paid return label that will be deducted from your store credit. Please note all returns that are decidedely eligible - must be returned to us within 10 days of when your package was delivered. If we issue a pre paid return label and it exceeds the 10 day rule, we will either cancel the label and we will refuse the right to issue a new label and or we will not honor the credit if the item is received late.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Online Store Credit can only be used online at styledelivers.com - not valid on in-store purchases.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Online Store credit is good for 2 years
