We will ship merchandise within 24-48 hours of payment received Monday -Friday ***our offices are closed Friday from 5pm until Monday 11am PST. Exceptions include any merchandise ordered via SHIPSI our 3rd party app that offers local delivery- which process 7 days a week. 

SHIPPING WITHIN USA- takes 2-5 business days for standard domestic delivery anywhere within the United States or surrounding territories. We do offer USPS Priority Mail & UPS Overnight at checkout for faster delivery  & or DHL for International . 

CANADA- takes 4-6 Business days for standard shipping via UPS . We also offer DHL Worldwide Express for 1-2 day delivery. 

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- All International orders are shipped through DHL Express Worldwide . Custom and Duty are NOT included in the price of shipping & at this time all International Sales are FINAL. 

Please note that Style Delivers is NOT responsible for any potential delay after an item has been despatched from our location, as it is a service provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination.

Also, Style Delivers is not financially liable for lost, or stolen packages once an item has been confirmed as delivered. Make sure to ship your item to a safe location and follow the tracking information provided to you, to  ensure you receive your purchase. For all Domestic Orders*** If you have not received your package and it says it was delivered, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (-800275-8777). Any lost, or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Or, contact UPS at (800) 742-5877.



Return Policy:  Ladies we NOW offer refunds, or store credit for certain items purchased through our website. However, we have a very strict policy that the return request be submitted with 7 days from the day your order was delivered and 4 days if the order was placed via SHIPSI (the 3 hour local delivery service). Also, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from the refund and or store credit and the item(s) are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% if they are sent back to us dirty, or visibly worn. Returns must be submitted online, as we currently do not accept in store returns.


***All International orders are FINAL SALE at this time. 

You have 7 days from the day your order was delivered, to submit a return request via our online "Easy" return center. If it exceeds the 7 days the request will be denied. There is a scannable QR return form in every package that takes you directly to that page. Otherwise, please copy and paste the link below to access the return center.

Also, If an item is altered, washed or worn (has any type of cosmetic, deodorant, perfume, or similar stain/odors it will be rejected) NO EXCEPTIONS.

**THE BUYER IS SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING* (NO EXCEPTIONS) All returns must go through our return center to be approved. Once the return is approved we can issue you a pre-paid return label,  that will be deducted from your refund or store credit. You may also use your own return label. Please note all returns that are determined as eligible - must be returned to us within 7 days of when your package was delivered. If we issue a pre paid return label and it exceeds the 7 day rule, we will either cancel the label and we will refuse the right to issue a new label and or we will not honor the refund/credit if the item is received late


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Klarna, AfterPay, Shop Pay,  PayPal, Apple Pay & Style Delivers Gift Cards. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, to ensure your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information transmitted over the internet will remain unaltered and secure.

Do you allow cashier's checks or money orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept these forms of payment, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Style Delivers Gift Cards, and Style Delivers Online Credit.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect a California sales tax of 9.75%. All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged this tax.

Do you accept international credit cards?
At this time we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club international. ( We reserve the right to refuse any charges we deem high risk for credit card fraud.)
