SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do ship worldwide! Merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours of payment (permitting it is an in stock item) and will take 3-5 business days for standard delivery anywhere in the United States and 7-10 business days in Canada. Standard International shipping will take 10-14 business days. Please note that Style Delivers is NOT responsible for any potential delay after item has been shipped, as it is a service provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.

We offer Free Domestic Standard Shipping on all orders over $25 before applicable sales taxes.

In store purchases are exchange ONLY within 7 days of receipt of payment. All promotional sales greater than 30% off are FINALSALE!  All mark down items are final sale. All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Party Dresses, Shoes, Lingerie, Jewelry, Bodychains, Belts, Corsets, Sunglasses, Hats, Tights, Socks and Sale items may not be exchanged. No exceptions.

ONLINE RETURN INFORMATION

Online we accept returns postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was received All promotional sales greater than 30% off are FINAL SALE! All mark down items are final sale. All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Intimates, Shoes, Jewelry, Bodychains, Belts, Purses, Hats, Sunglasses, Tights, Socks, and Sale items may not be returned. No exceptions.

    Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

      Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.  Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains/odors will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges.
      Original product tags must be attached (if any).  If they have been removed/ altered the return will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges.

      Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your package. If you believe you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your packages.

      At this time we no longer offer exchanges. If you love the item, but want a different size, or color, please submit your return and place a new order.

      If the wrong item is sent, or the item is defective upon arrival we will gladly exchange the item at no additional charge. 

        Refunds are processed in the order they are received-  please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

        How Do I Make a Return?

        To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

        1. Complete the Return Slip enclosed with your order.

        Style Delivers is not responsible for return shipping costs. You may return items via an insured mail service of your choice to:

        We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Style Delivers is not responsible for missing, damaged,  packages lost in transit.

        Refused or Undeliverable Packages
        Refused or undeliverable packages that are returned to Style Delivers are subject to additional shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

        • USPS Priority and Express Mail: $25 return cost
        •  Ground Shipping: $7 return cost

        If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

        What forms of payment do you accept?
        We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club international, PayPal & Style Delivers Gift Cards. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.

        Do you allow cashier's checks or money orders?
        Unfortunately, we do not accept these forms of payment, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Style Delivers Gift Cards, and Style Delivers Online Credit.

        Do you charge sales tax?
        We are required to collect a California sales tax of 9%. All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged this tax.

        Do you accept international credit cards?
        At this time we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club international. ( We reserve the right to refuse any charges we deem high risk for credit card fraud.)

        How do I get a coupon code?
