SHIPPING INFORMATION

We DO ship worldwide! Merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours of payment (permitting it is an in stock item). Pre-Order items are subject to estimated ship dates.

SHIPPING WITHIN USA- takes 1-4 business days for standard domestic delivery anywhere within the United States or surrounding territories. 

CANADA- takes 5-7 business days  for standard shipping. We also offer affordable DHL Express for 1-2 day delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- All International orders are shipped through DHL Express Worldwide.

Please note that Style Delivers is NOT responsible for any potential delay after an item has been despatched from our location, as it is a service provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination.

Also, Style Delivers is not financially liable for lost, or stolen packages once an item has been confirmed as delivered. Make sure to ship your item to a safe location and follow the tracking information provided to you, to  ensure you receive your purchase. For all Domestic Orders*** If you have not received your package and it says it was delivered, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (-800275-8777). Any lost, or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Return Information (Refunds/Store Credit/Final Sale Info)

Online we accept returns for a REFUND if your item(s) were purchased at full price.  It is postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was received & it is NOT a bodysuit, swimwear, accessories, or SALE MERCHANDISE. 

Online we accept returns for STORE CREDIT  if the promotional discount applied is  20% or less. It is postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was received. It is NOT a bodysuit, swimwear, accessories, or SALE MERCHANDISE

Your purchase will be FINAL SALE  if the promotional discount used was 30% or more. Your purchase will be FINAL SALE if it is a bodysuit, swimwear, accessories, or SALE MERCHANDISE 

Your REFUND/STORE CREDIT will be processed within 5 business days of our receiving your return.  A REFUND will be credited to the original method of payment.  A STORE CREDIT will be issued in the form of a Style Delivers E-gift Card that is valid for 2 years from the date it was issued.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non refundable/nor may it be applied towards store credit. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

 Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.  Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains/odors will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges. 

Original product tags must be attached (if any).  If they have been removed/ altered the return will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your package. If you believe you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your packages.

At this time we no longer offer exchanges. If you love the item, but want a different size, or color, please submit your return and place a new order.

If the wrong item is sent, or the item is defective upon arrival we will gladly exchange the item at no additional charge. 

    Refunds are processed in the order they are received-  please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

    How Do I Make a Return?

    To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

    1. Complete the Return Slip enclosed with your order.

    Style Delivers is not responsible for return shipping costs. You may return items via an insured mail service of your choice to:

    We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Style Delivers is not responsible for missing, damaged,  packages lost in transit.

    Refused or Undeliverable Packages
    Refused or undeliverable packages that are returned to Style Delivers are subject to additional shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

    • USPS Priority and FedEx: $25 return cost
    •  Ground Shipping: $7 return cost
    • USPS First Class International $25

    If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club international, PayPal, Apple Pay & Style Delivers Gift Cards. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.

    Do you allow cashier's checks or money orders?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept these forms of payment, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Style Delivers Gift Cards, and Style Delivers Online Credit.

    Do you charge sales tax?
    We are required to collect a California sales tax of 9%. All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged this tax.

    Do you accept international credit cards?
    At this time we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club international. ( We reserve the right to refuse any charges we deem high risk for credit card fraud.)

    How do I get a coupon code?
