order processing

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process.

Please note, business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If you have ordered a preorder item, it will be estimated to ship on the date shown at checkout. At this time, we can only provide an estimate provided by the vendor and the date shown is not a guaranteed ship date.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimates provided by our couriers. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


Due to fast fulfillment times at our office, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. You are more than welcome to return eligible items per our return policy once you receive your order.

customs information 

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Style Delivers has no control over any duty/tax charges and is not responsible for reimbursements. Additionally, all packages are subject to being held by customs clearance for 30 days or more at their discretion. Please check your local customs website for more information.

lost or stolen packages

Once a package is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands if the package is lost or stolen. Style Delivers will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, around your building/home, in designated mail or package rooms or building office. If no one has seen it, wait 3 business days - in most cases, the package turns up (sometimes the carrier marks it as delivered before actually delivering).

Still haven’t found/received your package? Please contact the courier directly to file a claim with them. For all Domestic Orders*** United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (-800275-8777), or UPS 1 (800) 742-5877.

**** Any lost, or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS, or UPS.

We also recommend filing a police report with your local authorities if you suspect the package was stolen. If you need assistance filing a claim, please contact Customer Care at info@styledelivers.com

Style Delivers does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.

If your tracking has no updates for more than 8 business days, or you suspect the package is lost in transit, please contact Customer Care at info@styledeilvers.com for further assistance.

returned to sender/refused packages

If a package is returned to us and deemed non-deliverable by the courier, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s), minus the original shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Helpful Hint: To avoid packages being returned to sender, please be sure to always format, write and spell your address correctly at checkout. If you live in an apartment, please include the apartment or unit number.

If you refuse any shipments from styledelivers.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer refunds for refused or non-deliverable packages.

out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and an item goes out of stock unexpectedly, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and provide a refund for the amount of the item(s) not in stock. Refunds are automatically processed back to the original form of payment. The refund usually reflects back within 2-10 business days.

policies and terms

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered fully and correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, as we do not take responsibility for correcting this information.

For orders within US, your order is estimated to be delivered within 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date that it is placed, depending on which shipping method you have chosen. For international orders, your order is estimated to be delivered within 6-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, no the date that it is placed, dependong on which shipping method you have chosen. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

Though we do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped out and delivered successfully within the time frame we advertise, Style Delivers has no control over the packages once they leave our Distribution Center. Style Delivers does not hold or accept responsibility over packages that are damaged, lost in transit, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Style Delivers to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Style Delivers may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods
