You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Style Delivers gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the Easy Returns Portal at the bottom of our website, or by coping and pasting the link below in your web browser. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit gift card. If your return is initiated after the 10 day grace period, we reserve the right to deny the return request, or charge a restocking fee, in addition to any pre paid return label cost. Items return visibly worn, dirty, or that smell of perfume or body odor will be rejected. Returns must be submitted online. We do not accept returns in our Melrose Store. Clearance SALE items, swimwear & accessories are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. All International Sales are FINAL at this time.
